The child neurological problems include Seizures and epilepsy.  The febrile seizures affect 2-5% of children and most commonly seen in 6 months to 4 - 5 years of age. Risk factors includes Peak temperature during the lines, History of febrile seizure in the first- degree relatives, Neurodevelopmental delays, increased exposure to human herpes virus 6, and also vaccination with measles- mumps-rubella, diphtheria-tetanus pertussis, and influenza vaccines.
