Elisabete Roldão is an Occupational Therapist since 1992 and is now finishing her PhD in Rehabilitation at Lisbon University. She is a professor of Health School of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Portugal. She is the President of the Portuguese Association of Occupational Therapists, the representative of Portugal in the World Federation of Occupational Therapists and in the Council of Occupational Therapists for the European Countries. She is a member of the Technical Assessment Committee of the Occupational Therapy Area, and a member of the Working Group for the Analysis and Presentation of Proposals in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Ambulatory, created by the Central Administration of the Health System, IP. She is also a member of the Regional Council of Mental Health of ARSLVT. She is the Director of the Magazine APTO and the founding member of the International Interest Group of the Portuguese Association of Occupational Therapists.

Simone Morais has a Ph.D. (1998) in Chemical Engineering from the faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. She is Associate Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering at the School of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Porto (Portugal) and permanent researcher at REQUIMTE–LAQV (http://www.requimte.pt/laqv/). REQUIMTE–LAQV is a science-driven institution focused on the development of Sustainable Chemistry. Her main research interests are air pollution, public health, occupational exposure, health risks, (bio)sensors and nanofunctional materials and new methodologies for environmental pollutant analysis. S. Morais co-authored about 130 ISI papers (h-index: 28 – Scopus ID 7007053747) and about 30 book chapters, having supervised several PhD and post-doctoral fellows, and having participated and coordinated several projects.

Jelena Markovic Filipovic is Assistant Professor at the Department of Biology and Ecology, Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She obtained her PhD (2013) in Biology at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, Serbia. She completed her Master's Degree (2008) and Bachelor's Degree (2007) in Biology at Department of Biology and Ecology Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. From 2009 to 2013 Dr. Markovic Filipovic worked at Institute for Biological Research, University of Belgrade, Serbia. In February 2014, she started working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Biology and Ecology, Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She was awarded by Austrian Exchange Service (OeAD) fellow in 2008 and conducted one-month research stay at Research Institute of Wildlife Ecology, University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, Austria. In 2014, she won Award for the Best PhD Thesis in Serbia in the subject of Molecular Biology. Dr. Markovic Filipovic have participated in several projects and is a reviewer of several journals. In recent years she has investigated effects of occupational toxicant acrylamide on endocrine pancreas and liver. Her research interests are: Occupational and Environmental Toxicology, Toxic Effects at Histological, Cellular/Biochemical and Molecular Level, Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals, Transcriptional Regulation, Diabetes.

Danijela Stimac Grbic, MD, PhD, is Head of Department for Mental Health and Addiction Prevention at the Croatian Institute of Public Health, and Associate professor at the Department of Social Medicine and Organization of Healthcare at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. She is also Professor at postgraduate university study of Public Health, Epidemiology and School medicine. She is Croatian focal point for alcohol, and Croatian representative in The Committee on National Alcohol Policy and Action (CNAPA). Prof. Štimac Grbi? was RTA Couterpat at EU Twinning project “Ensuring optimal health care for people with mental disorders”, conducted from 2016-2017., by Trimbos Institute Netherland and Ministry of Health, Croatia. She published numerous scientific papers in international and Croatians journals. Prof Štimac is currently involved in the scientific research project of the University of Zagreb "Analysis of Child and Youth Injuries Patterns from 1995 to 2017", and as researcher for Croatia on Horison 2020” Recover E” scientific project.

Prof. Al-Khatib has experience in a wide range of areas including occupational health and safety, water recourses management and quality, environmental assessment, wastewater management, advocacy, coordination and networking. Al-Khatib has an extended experience in the development and carrying research and evaluation projects, professional work experience in engineering hydrology, water resources management, engineering hydraulics, environmental impact assessment, environmental monitoring, training and evaluation of medical waste, solid waste, climate change, water and sanitation and urban environment projects. He is an expert in social and environmental health, promoting environmental public awareness through training, organizing and conducting awareness campaigns and workshops in environmental education and health. He is a member in the national committees for setting environmental standards and regulations such as swimming pools water quality. Al-Khatib is an expert in academic quality evaluation and development and supervised more than 40 MSc. theses in the above mentioned topics.
