Food Microbiology is that the study of the microorganisms that inhibit, create, or contaminate food, as well as the study of microorganisms inflicting food spoilage, pathogens which will cause sickness particularly if food is badly overdone or hold on, those accustomed turn out soured foods like cheese, yogurt, bread, beer, and wine, and those with alternative helpful roles like manufacturing probiotics. Most common organism includes bacterium, moulds, yeast and viruses.
